Appointments & Consultations
• All consultations must be scheduled in advance.
• Clients are encouraged to arrive on time; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
• Missed appointments without prior notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Documentation
• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial documents.
• Incomplete or delayed document submission may extend processing times.
• All client information is handled with strict confidentiality and in compliance with federal and state privacy laws.
Payments
• Payment for services is due at the time of completion unless otherwise stated in a service agreement.
• Accepted forms of payment include cash, credit/debit, and electronic transfers.
• Late payments may incur additional fees.
Refunds & Cancellations
• Service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment.
Service Delivery
• Turnaround times vary depending on the scope of work and timely submission of required documents.
• We strive to provide accurate and timely results; however, client cooperation is essential for efficiency.
Compliance
• All services are performed in accordance with IRS regulations, state laws, and industry standards.
